Menu Plan, Week of November 21, 2011

Happy week of Thanksgiving! Though my husband, kids and I don’t get to spend Thanksgiving with family this year, we have the great opportunity to help serve a free Thanksgiving dinner to folks in town who need it. This will be a great opportunity to remind us to have a servant’s heart and to be thankful.

I usually do a general menu plan with 7 meals, but don’t assign days to them so I have some creative freedom , but this week I am going to do a day by day plan to keep me on track to make some special foods!
