Ahh… the beauty of a midweek menu plan. After 3 days of sub-par, by-the-seat-of-my-pants, I-gotta-go-to-the-store suppers, I have to do an intervention on myself and make a plan. I know my husband will thank me. I admit with all the moving business I don’t have enough energy to plan all my meals (the kids won’t mind eating random things for breakfast or lunch!) but here are some suppers!
Slow Cooker Lasagna, Raw Carrots and Cucumber
Simple Chili (see recipe here), Crackers, Cheese
Grilled Lemon Chicken, Tin Foil Potatoes, Corn
Hot Dogs, Burgers, Baked Macaroni & Cheese, Peas
Fall French Toast, Eggs, Strawberries
