Wow, I think I’ve had one of the most stressful weeks I’ve had in a long time! Family crises, writer’s block and a whole host of other things have crowded my vision. But, by the grace of God, I’m pulling through and hopefully life is getting back on track. A menu plan for a new month is a good place to start! Anyone else been having a rough time? I would love to pray for you!
Monday: Noodle Casserole (from my church recipe exchange), Applesauce, Marshmallow Crispy Squares
Tuesday: Minute Steak, Baked Potatoes, Peas, Fruit
Wednesday: Supper @ church before Awana (my husband is coming to a Bible study too, so no extra cooking for me – yeah!)
Thursday: Crock Pot Shredded Chicken, Tortillas, Cheese, Tomatoes, Chips, Quesadillas for the kids
Friday: Homemade Pizza, Carrots
Saturday: Grilled Hamburgers, Foil Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus
Sunday: Pancakes, Eggs, Grapefruit
