It’s the first full week of school, so I’m ready to get a little more organized with my cooking! My husband has had way too many last-minute meals of hot dogs, oven fries and macaroni and cheese this summer!
Monday – Layered Dinner, Corn, Applesauce
Tuesday – Spaghetti Pie, Watermelon, Corn
Wednesday – Grilled steak, Hash Brown Casserole, Carrots
Thursday – Parmesan Chicken, Fried Potatoes, Salad
Friday – Hamburgers, Macaroni and Cheese, Chopped Raw Vegetables
Saturday – Broiled Chicken Breasts, Quinoa (it will be interesting to see if my husband likes this!)
Sunday – Fall French Toast (trying it with whole wheat bread this time), Eggs, Fruit
