Thanks so much for stopping by! I’m Shelli and I am a Christian, a freelance writer, a mom and want-to-be-rancher’s wife!

I am passionate about growing closer to God and teaching my kids to know Him.

I’ve been married  for almost 10 years to my hard-working husband. We have a sweet, horse-crazy 7-year-old daughter and a busy 4-year-old farm and tractor loving son.

My husband and I both grew up on cattle ranches and we have a big (it often seems impossible) dream to own our own cattle. Join me here on my journey towards our goal ( I am excited to see what God will do!).

I hope this will also be a place where you can get encouragement to grow closer to God, find some good recipes and read some interesting stories about farm and ranch life.

      I hope we both get there! Keep me updated! Have you checked out the great programs the FSA offers yet? We need to save some more before we do that, but looks like they have some good stuff available!
